Wowza! Thirteen weeks in and still going strong. This week I discovered that what I dislike the most about this project is trimming all of my photos. It is the least fun part of this whole deal. Another thing I thought, maybe I’m putting in too many photos! This week, again, I included an insert. It was Spring break, so I had some more to include. Here goes:
BOTH PAGES, WITH INSERT
BOTH PAGES, WITHOUT INSERT

So there it is! I do still enjoy this, very much. I love looking back at the completed weeks. I’ve linked up over at The Mom Creative and One Happy Mama. Come over and check out all of the fun pages! If you would like to share your pages, please link up in the comments!
Here’s to another great week!
Week 12! I can hardly believe it. I’m so glad I haven’t given up on this project. Every week when I slip my pages into my book, and see how much I’ve done so far, I feel happy. This week I added a Design G insert, because I took a bunch of pictures of my son’s trip to Build a Bear, and wanted to fit them all in.

So there it is, I’m pretty happy with the way these came out. Next weeks pages will cover Spring break, and then comes Easter! Lots of fun photos ahead.
I’m linking up over at The Mom Creative and also at One Happy Mama. There’s loads of inspiration over there, so come and see! If you have pages to share, please link up in the comments. Have a great week!
Well, I missed last week. So I’m a week behind in sharing. But I figure I will either catch up with two weeks or I’ll spend the year being one week behind. Either way, life happens, and being a little behind the pack isn’t going to make me give up or love this project any less. So, here goes…
It felt a little strange using the back of the Design F on the right side, but I did have alot of vertical photos on my phone to choose from. And while I’m not totally in love with this week’s layout, I know every week is not going to be perfect, and it’s more important for me that I keep documenting. I know that when I look back at it later, I won’t be whining about this week not being as pretty as the others.

My kids are on Spring break this week, so who knows what’s gonna get done! Have a great week!
Well, it was bound to happen, I missed posting last week. My week 9 pages were partly done, but life stuff got in the way and I couldn’t get it done and posted for Tuesday. But my friend invited me to a crop night on Saturday, so I knew I could use that time to get weeks 9 AND 10 done. It was great, too. Sometimes at crop nights I struggle with what I want to do and end up getting very little accomplished. This time it was so much fun to dive right in. So here goes:
WEEK 9, BOTH PAGES
WEEK 10, BOTH SIDES
I don’t have a ton to say about these, except I’m still having a great time. I did use a Design F sheet in week 10, and loved it. It was so simple. I finally got myself Photoshop Elements, so I’m looking forward to including more digital elements, as soon as I can figure out how to use them.
I’m linking up again over at The Mom Creative and at One Happy Mama. So much inspiration over there. Go check it out! If you have pages to share, please link up in the comments.
It’s another busy week over here, hopefully that means lots of good stuff for Week 11!
Unbelievable. Really. Week 8 and still having fun. I must admit, sometimes when I’m printing and cropping photos I get a little cranky, but once it’s all laid out I have such a great time putting it all together. And every week, what seems like ordinary stuff ends up turning into pages of memories. Sounds corny, right? But it’s true!
This week I noticed that my photos had a lot of orange and teal colors in them, so I kinda went with it.
This week my pages were pretty heavily geared towards my daughter, she had lots of activities this week. I’ve been trying to include some sort of card that details what we did during the week, either by journaling or bullet points, depending on what kind of space I have.
I’m linking up with Jessica over at The Mom Creative and also at One Happy Mama. Come visit and see all of the awesome pages. If you’d like to share your own, please link up in the comments!
Here’s to another fabulous week!
Week 7! I could hardly believe it as I typed it! It’s flying by. This week’s pages were pretty much all done using my own stuff, instead of parts from the kit. This is because I wanted to do it all in red, white and pink for Valentine’s Day! I also included two inserts this week. The smaller one holds some of the kids’ valentines from school, and the bigger one has a valentine drawing I received from Christopher, with his handprints on it, and on the back there is a school paper from Samuel.
So here goes…and I know the pictures are awful this week, there is like, zero sun outside, it’s super gray and cloudy and I actually needed to turn on the light, which caused the glare.
BOTH SIDES, FIRST INSERT
BACK OF SECOND INSERT
This week took me longer to complete, partly because I was sick, but partly because I spent more time looking for Valentine-y stuff. It is my most favorite week layout, though, and I really did have fun doing it. As I’ve said before, I don’t list the products, but if you have a question I will try to find an answer.
I’m linking up with Jessica at The Mom Creative for Project Life Tuesday. She has linked up loads of really awesome PLifers, as well as her own beautiful pages. Go check it out! If you have pages you’d like to share, please link in the comments.
I can’t believe we’re starting on week 8!
I’m sick. Not super sick, just a cold. Just enough to derail my workout and make everything else feel like a chore. I’m fighting it with fluids. Lots of soup and tea. I feel like a water balloon.
This February is busy. Lots of appointments and school stuff sucking away my precious gym time. Sorting Girl Scout cookies and trying not to eat too many. I’m cranky.
I’ve taken on the task of organizing the middle school talent show. That means handling auditions, rehearsals, programs, sound, swag bags, tshirts, and whatever else. I’m sure I’m in over my head, I’ve recruited help. Thank God there are awesome moms at our school. I’m thinking positive, I can do it. It’s gonna be fun, right? I’ll just pretend I’m JLo on American Idol.
On the upside, there’s lots of new, fun tv coming up. I’m a reality junkie (shhh). Survivor, The Amazing Race, Celebrity Apprentice, all starting this week. My DVR may explode.
So that’s today. It’s crazy, but it’s all good. This weekend may see a date with my husband. Fingers crossed.
